Quality is super important to us. We take protecting the integrity of the products we sell very seriously. Tifanoo policy does not permit to return of used, damaged or expired products.
We only offer store credit.
In order to be eligible for a store credit, you have to return the product within 7 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your store credit. The money will be on your Tifanoo account for your next purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a store credit.
